Even half windshields keep the dust in the sitting area while cruising down a road. I always flip mine down, then everything just goes through,.. don't matter with me having wind in my face,.. nice cool feeling on a hot day.

You will want to put a back window on to counter act the swirl that is produced.

 

Yes, full windshields will suck in the dust and make the interior warm. So i only use mine once the temps drop below 40 ... it's really nice for the winter.

 

if your doors are sealed well along the bottom there is no dust vortex. been running a XMF custom glass windshield for 2 full seasons now with zero complaints. the bolt on ones do bring in dust but if your windshield is built like a sand car one you will be fine.

 

I have a Jstrong folding windshield and their rear dust guard on my rhino. Works out great dust guard is easy to take on and off and you can just fold the windshield down whenever you want. Great product!

 

Full windshield...used to have one...created a major back draft...I now have a half windshield (cut the old one in half). And I would do it again. :banana:

 

My windshield goes along the rollcage across the bottom leaving a 4" gap. This allows some of the wind to go thru, but keeps the wind out of your face. I have not had any problems with back drafts, and we ride in some very dusty areas.
